Family, friends mourn for teens Blake Bushong and Colin Bushong

Bruce Bushong lost his sons in an auto accident Wednesday night and spent yesterday at their schools, sharing grief.

Blake Bushong, 16, was a junior at Lake Highlands High School, and his father spent the morning in the library there with his teachers and friends. Later, he went to the Lake Highlands Freshman Center, which Colin, 14, attended.

Blake and Colin died at 8 p.m. Wednesday in a three-car accident near White Rock Lake after leaving the home of their mother, Nancy McTighe.

A woman in another vehicle was taken to Baylor University Medical Center. Her injuries were not life-threatening. The driver of the third vehicle was uninjured.
