In the name of God Amen. I, Abraham Brubaker of Shenandoah County in the State of Virginia, a yeoman, being infirm in body but in my perfect sense and reason, Do make and ordain this my last will and testament in form following. That is to say I give and recommend my soul into hands of Almighty God who gave it, and my body I recommend to the earth. To be decently interred at the discretion of my executrix and touching such worldly estate which it hath pleased God to bless me with, I will and bequeath in the following manner and form:
I will and bequeath to Mary Brubaker my beloved wife two horses and two cows, first choice and the remainder of my hogs that is not sold.
Likewise I give to my son Samuel one stud horse called Saint George.
Likewise I give to my beloved wife Mary Brewbaker one wagon and the four sets of harnesses belong to the wagon, one bar shear plough and shovel plough. I give her six beds and furniture, one large copper kettle and one coffee kettle and six dishes, one dozen of plates of pewter, and dozen knives and forks of the choice, one years bread, and the full third's of my personal estate after all my debts is paid.
Likewise I give my second son John Brewbaker one two years old mare called Jehoseb and one saddle and bridle.
Likewise I give my third son Abraham one yearling stud colt called Republican.
Likewise I give my fourth son Daniel Brewbaker one yearling mare colt Republican.
Likewise I will and bequeath to all my children an equal part of my estate Exclusive of the above mentioned gifts. That is to say Samuel Brubaker, John Brewbaker, Abraham Brewbaker, Daniel Brewbaker, David Brubaker, Jacob Brubaker and Catharine Brubaker, Rebekah Brubaker.
Likewise, I desire that my estate be converted into money and my executors to hold the money in their hands and to pay my children their legacies as they come to age.
Likewise, I Abraham Brubaker Do acknowledge by this testament that I am perfectly willing to give up all my right and title of a deed for land on which Woodstock town now stands Except one acre of ground where the dwelling house and stable stands, provided that Susannah Strickler, Catharine Rhodes, Christeener Strickler, Anna Coffman and Mary Lionbarger comes forward and give an indemnified bond to me, or my executors to clear me or my heirs, administrators or assigns from all damages, respecting my father Abraham Brubaker and my own conduct, Respecting the town of Woodstock.
I Abraham Brubaker do choose my beloved wife Mary Brubaker and Daniel Stover to be my Executors.
And I do hereby utterly disallow, revoke and disanull all and every other former will in any ways before named, willed, bequeathed, relating and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.

At a court held for the County of Shenandoah on Monday the 10th day of June 1805, this last Will and Testament of Abraham Brubaker, deceased was proved by the affirmation of Samuel Stover a witness thereto and ordered to be certified. And on motion of Mary Brubaker and Daniel Stover the Executors (these in named) a Certificate is granted them for attaining probate thereof in due form. They having entered into bond with Andrew Kezer, Isaac Mickler, John Roads, Jacob Houte, Jacob Coffman and Abraham Strickler, their securities in the penalty of thirty thousand dollars, conditioned as the law directs.
