I, N. T. Bushong of Barren County Kentucky being of sound mind and memory do declare this to be my last will and testament.
FIRST: I want all of my personal property and Real Estate sold for cash except what my daughter Geneva Bushong wants in the house.
SECOND: I give and bequeath my Life Policy to my Estate.
THIRD: I give and bequeath enough to my Estate to pay all of my debts.
FOURTH: I give and bequeath what is left after all my debts is paid to my daughter Geneva Bushong.
FIFTH: I want W. A. Hunt to qualify as Administrator of my Estate and if he fails to qualify then C. S. Miller to accept and qualify if he will.
SIXTH: I want C. S. Miller to act as Guardian for my daughter Geneva Bushong.
