PULASKI - Charles Edward "Ebb" Dent, 86, of Pulaski, died Tuesday Feb. 22, 2005 at his home.

Born in Oxford, Ala., Oct. 12, 1918 he was the son of the late Harry S. and Nell Hatchett Dent.

Mr. Dent was the owner and operator of Dent Electronics here in Pulaski for a number of years.

He was a veteran and a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Pulaski.

Memorial services will be held Friday, Feb. 5, 2005 at 3 p.m. from Stevens Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Jeff Kackley officiating. The family will receive friends Friday from 2 p.m. until the service hour at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family wishes memorials be given to the First Presbyterian Church, Pulaski, P. O. Box 824, Pulaski, Va. 24301. Arrangements by Stevens Funeral Home, Pulaski.

Fairview Ave, Meridian, Idaho 83642 . Guy was born Feb. 17, 1933 to Sam and Villa James. Guy was born and raised in Boise, Idaho, graduated from Boise High School in 1951 and worked at Volkers Warehouse, for the Whitney Fire Department and was a self-employed Carpenter and Sign Engraver. He was a member of the Owyhee Motorcycle Club and the Capital Squares Square and Round Dance Club. He married Charlotte Marlene Chapman on Sept. 22, 1951 in Boise, Idaho. They celebrated 56 joyful years together. Guy was successful in both his business and personal life. He was a fine man, dedicated to his family and friends. He touched everyone he met with his quiet and surprising sense of humor, his heartfelt hugs and his smiling eyes. He was known to drop anything he was doing to help someone in need and never knew a stranger. He was truly a selfless man and will be remembered with great fondness and love by all that knew him Guy left behind his devoted wife, Charlotte of Boise, Idaho; four children, Kenny of Boise, Idaho, Steve of Texas City, Texas, Linda and her husband, Barry Taylor of Boise, Idaho, and Randy of Las Vegas, Nev.; three grandchildren: Justin of Mountain Home, Idaho, Jess and his wife, Jody of Boise, Idaho, and Robert Taylor of Boise, Idaho; four great-grandchildren: Dallas, Kylee, Brooklyn, and Zackery; as well as numerous extended family members and friends. MARY A. BUSHONG "MRS GRANT" - BOISE

Mary A. Bushong, 74, of Boise, died Saturday, July 17, 1993, in a Boise hospital of natural causes. Graveside services will be held Thursday, July 22. 1993, at 2 p.m. at Morris Hill Cemetery. Services are under the direction of the Relyea Funeral Chapel. Mary was born Thanksgiving Day, November 27, 1918, in Thorton, to Oscar D. and Minnie Casper. one of 12 children. The family later moved to Emmett, where Mary attended school. Mary lived and worked in Long Valley where she met and married Hugh Henry "Bud" Wallace. of Donnelly. Two children were born of this marriage - Jeanette K. Wallace and Bruce D. Wallace. Mary was a long time resident of Boise where she raised her children and worked along side of her husband, Grant Bushong. of 35 years. Together they developed a business. "Grants Upholstery" and enjoyed as a hobby with their family, restoration of antique cars. Their hobby led to the building of the "Grants Antique Car Museum" on Franklin Road and membership in the Horseless Carriage Car Club in which they made many dear friends. Her devotion to her family was never ending and selfless. She was very active doing upholstering and working in her yard. Her beautiful and cheery yard with all its flowers brought enjoyment to many people. She was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband, Grant; one son, Bruce D. Wallace; grandson/buddy, Christopher Wallace of Boise; one brother, David O. Casper, of Chico, Calif.; three sisters, Mable Baxter, of Meridian, Clara Georgeades of Emmett, and Rosie Wallace of Boise. She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter Jeanette K. Wallace; five brothers, two sisters and her parents. Friends and family may pay respects Wednesday from 4 until 8 p.m. and on Thursday from 9 a.m. until 12 noon at the Relyea Funeral Chapel.

Charlotte Marlene James, 78, of Boise, ID passed away, Sunday, May 1, 2011. Her life ended peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born March 1, 1933 to Charles Monroe and Edith Melba Chapman. Charlotte married Guy James on September 22, 1951 in Boise, Idaho. They celebrated 56 joyful years together.

Charlotte left behind six children, Kenny, of Boise, Idaho, Steve, of Texas City, Texas, Linda and her husband, Barry Taylor, of Boise, Idaho, Randy, of Las Vegas, Nevada, Justin, of Gladwin, Michigan, Jess and his wife, Jody, of Boise, Idaho; one grandchild, Robert Taylor and his wife, Mandy, of Meridian, Idaho; four great-grandchildren, Dallas, Kylee, Brooklyn and Zackery; two sisters, Virginia and her husband, Don Whitaker, and Janis Cooper; one brother, Norman and his wife, Kathy; and numerous extended family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.

Charlotte was born and raised in Boise, Idaho, attended Boise High School and worked at the Mode in the Tea Room and for Albertson's Sundries. She spent the next 30+ years providing loving care for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a member of the Owyhee Motorcycle Club, and the Capital Squares Square and Round Dance Club.

Charlotte was dedicated to her loved ones. She was independent and lived life to its fullest. She continued to dance weekly and enjoy regular engagements with her friends. She always liked taking the long route home and vacationing with family and friends.
