Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in University Church of Christ with David Lough officiating. Burial will be in Dreamland Cemetery by Brooks Funeral Directors.
Mrs. McCormick was born in Knickerbocker and graduated from Rankin High School. She attended Sul Ross University and West Texas State College then taught school in Rankin.
A homemaker and longtime Canyon resident, Mrs. McCormick also farmed and ranched. She was a member of the University Church of Christ, Daughters of Republic of Texas and a past member of the Home Demonstration Club.
She married Bailie McCormick in 1931 at Rankin. He died in 1974.
Survivors include a son, Dr. Jack McCormick of Wichita, Kan.; a daughter, Nancy Williams of Tahoka; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Bailie McCormick Last Rites Held In Texas
According to a letter written to the Times-Press June 10 by a sister, funeral services for Bailie E. [lisha] McCormick, 69, of Canyon, Texas, a former Randall County commissioner and member of the Canyon school board, were held Monday in Central Church of Christ at Canyon, with Dwayne Dennis officiating. Mr. McCormick died Saturday morning at St. Anthony's Hospital. Interment was at Dreamland Cemetery.
He was born in [Waco] York [County], Nebr. [Feb 8, 1905], son of Walter E. [lisha] McCormick and Blanche Bailie McCormick, both deceased, former residents of Bedford.
McCormick had resided in Randall County, Texas, since 1908. During the 50's he was a county commissioner.
A farm to market road south of Amarillo was named in his honor.
Mr. McCormick was a member of the Central Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Donabel [Bushong]; a son, Jack McCormick of Morgantown, W. Ted E. Bushong, age 75, of Marysville died Tuesday, October 9, 2007, in the Emergency Room at Memorial Hospital of Union County following a six month illness.
He was retired from OM Scotts where he had been employed as an electrician for 34½ years and formerly drove school bus for Raymond Elementary. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Ted had attended the Raymond Church of Christ in Christian Union in earlier years and was a 1950 graduate of Northwestern Local High School where he was a member of the basketball team. He was a longtime regular for breakfast at the Delaware Avenue McDonald’s and especially enjoyed the camaraderie of his friends. He loved sitting on the front porch of his home watching traffic pass by and looked forward to going to garage sales each weekend. He treasured time spent at the family cottage at Indian Lake and especially treasured time spent with his wife and family.
He was born on the family farm on Rapp Dean Road near Raymond on April 23, 1932, to the late Reverend Kermit and Martha Alice Jennings Bushong. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Bumgarner, and an infant brother, Sam Bushong.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Jacqueline “Jackie” Argo Bushong, to whom he was married on June 16, 1952, in Wichita Falls, Texas; his children, Ed (Becky) Bushong, Milford Center; Teri (Stephen) Davis, Destin, FL; and Connie Neibarger, Hilliard; five grandchildren: Kasey (Chas) McCutcheon, Angie Bushong, Jennifer (Dell) Sikes, Megan Bumgarner, and Brittnie Bumgarner; five great-grandchildren: Whitney, Dell, & Jacqueline Ann Marie Sikes; and Zoey & River Tornberg; a sister, JoAnn (Ron) Belville, Marysville; a brother, Dan (Joyce) Bushong, Bellefontaine; a brother-in-law, Charlie (Sue) Argo, Marysville; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Friday, October 12, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. at Mannasmith Funeral Home. Tim Nowlin will officiate and burial will take place at Raymond Cemetery. Jacqueline Mae Bushong, age 78, of Marysville, formerly of the Raymond area, died Saturday, 3 November 2012, at Carriage Court following an extended illness.
A loving, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she was a retired secretary from Edgewood Elementary but was at her best as a homemaker. She graduated from Northwestern High School in 1951. She loved spending time with her family at their Indian Lake Cabin and especially enjoyed watching the Buckeyes and the Reds.
She was born 2 December 1933, in Marysville to the late Floyd and Eliene Blue Argo. She married Ted E. Bushong on 16 June 1952, in Wichita Falls, Texas, and he preceded her in death on 9 October 2007. She was also preceded in death by 2 daughters, Linda Bumgarner and Connie Neibarger.
Survivors include her children, Ed (Becky) Bushong, Milford Center; and Teri (Stephen) Davis, Destin, Florida; 5 grandchildren, Jennifer (Dell) Sikes, Megan (Jeff) Tornberg, Brittnie (Roshaunda Ball) Bumgarner, Kasey (Chas) McCutcheon, and Angie Bushong and her fiancé, Josh Short; 6 great-grandchildren, Whitney, Dell and Jacqueline Ann Marie Sikes, Zoey and River Tornberg, and Cora McCutcheon; her brother, Charlie (Sue) Argo, Marysville; sister-in-law, JoAnn (Ron) Bellville, Franklin, Tennessee; brother-in-law, Dan (Joyce) Bushong, West Liberty; great friends, Shirley McDonald and Jim and Louise Gordon; and several nieces and nephews and their children.

Connie was a loving and good-hearted daughter and sister. She loved spending time at the family home at Indian Lake and was a great fan of Ohio State sports. Her greatest moments came when surrounded by family or in the company of her beloved dog, “Tooler”.
She was born April 15, 1960, in Marysville to Ted and Jackie Argo Bushong. She was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Linda Bumgarner.

Paul E Bushong were married on 9 December 1935 in Garrett, DeKalb County, Indiana. She died on 10 January 2012, at age 94, in Goshen, Elkhart County, Indiana. She was buried in Violett Cemetery, Goshen, Elkhart County, Indiana.
Her married name was Verna Ellen Bushong. Verna Ellen SHANK was born 1917. She married Paul Eugene BUSHONG, son of Clinton Everett BUSHONG and Ethel C. OTT. Verna E. Shank Bushong

Verna Bushong, 94, of Goshen, died at her home early Tuesday morning, January 10, 2012, of natural causes.
She was born August 14, 1917, in Elkhart County to the late Harley and Dora (Anglemyer) Shank. She married Paul E. Bushong December 9, 1935 in Garrett. He died December 27, 2007.
She is survived by five daughters, Dolores (Richard) Dunlap of Arlington, Texas, Judith (Daniel) Walter of Goshen, Mary (David) McCreary of Wakarusa, and Susan (Jeffrey) Burnworth and Cynthia (James) Mattern, both of Nappanee; a son, Charles (Becky) Bushong of Elkhart; 23 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Dorothy Sherman of Goshen.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Edith Hunter; two brothers, Donald and Claude Shank; a grandson, Christopher Walter; and two granddaughters, Monica and Michelle Dunlap.
A homemaker, Mrs. Bushong was well known for her baking skills, especially her homemade cinnamon rolls. She loved to cook and prepare meals to entertain friends in her home. She was an excellent seamstress, sewing and crocheting many lovely pieces for her family and friends.
She volunteered with Caring Friends at Greencroft and Sharing Citizens, Wakarusa. She and her husband were longtime members of Bible Baptist Church, Wakarusa, and active members of Indiana Dunes Airstream Club.
Friends may call 4 to 8 p.m., Friday, January 13, and one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
A 10 a.m., Saturday, January 14, 2012, funeral service will be conducted at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Pastor Stan Godfrey will officiate.
Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Interra Credit Union for Christopher Walter or Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
