Born Nov. 23, 1909 in Defiance County, she was the daughter of Harry A. and Ora C. Foust Bushong. She married Edward W. Kramer and he died in 1962.

Survivors include three sons, William F. of Defiance, Raymond and Rodney, both of 1739 Northlea Dr.; a step-daughter, Mrs. Virginia Irwin of Columbus Grove and four grandchildren.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in the Chiles and Sons - Laman W. Wayne St. Chapel. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Friends may call after 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Born March 17, 1929, in Fort Madison, she was the daughter of Dana Moser and Elizabeth Clark Webkes Bushong. On Sept. 9, 1955, she married Russell B. Young in Chicago. He died.

Mrs. Young owned and operated Dana Bushong Jewelry in Fort Madison from 1981 to 1985. The store was founded by her parents in 1924. She was active in the jewelry industry all her life and had worked as a jewelry buyer for Stanley Marcus of Nieman Marcus. She worked as a clothing fashion model in Manhattan, N.Y. She was a member of PEO Chapter KV.

Survivors include one daughter, Vicki Young of Lynchburg, Va.; three sons, Charles Young of Boston, Skip Young of Fort Madison and Dana Young of Springfield, Ill.; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents.

No visitation is planned. The body has been cremated. The celebration of life for Mrs. Young will begin at 5 p.m. Saturday at Ivy Bake Shop in Fort Madison where the family will receive friends. Private family burial will be at a later date in Princeton, Ill. A memorial has been established for Fort Madison Area Arts Association.
