She was born on June 17, 1934 in Arkansas City, to Andrew Ralph and Artie Mae "Goodson" Gilliland. Patsy was a member of the Augusta First Southern Baptist Church and was a nurse at AMCI in Augusta for 20 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Charles Southard.
Survivors include: son, Michael (Jeannie) Jacobs; siblings, Mary Ann (Jim) Burns, Betty Diver and Ben (Charlotte) Gilliland; several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

My great grandfather Joseph Wise married Elizabeth Bushong in 1898 in Marion Co. Indiana. Elizabeth was born 1849 in Ohio.
I believe her parents were David and Elizabeth [maybe Wolf] Bushong who lived in Hancock Co. Ohio. Can anyone verify this for me?
After my grandfather died in 1900, there was a Lizzie Wise who married John A. Criswell in Madison Co. Indiana.
My grandfather Joseph Wise and John Criswell and Elizabeth Criswell are all buried at Prairie Baptist Church Cem. in Hamilton Co. Indiana.
Can anyone verify that Elizabeth/Lizzie are the same person??

Mrs. Isaac Bushong died at her home in Liberty township, Wednesday evening,
after an extended illness, aged about 52 years. The funeral was held at the
family home Saturday.
