Mrs. Dorena Bushong

KENTON - Mrs. Dorena Bushong, 55, of McDonald-tp, died at 12:10 a.m. Friday in Hardin Memorial hospital. She had been ill with heart disease for three weeks.

Born in Hardin-co, she was a member of the McDonald and Pomona Granges, and of Mt. Zion church, where she taught Sunday school. She was the widow of Floyd Bushong.

Surviving are six daughters, Mrs. Marion Willeke, Mrs. Wilbur Laubis, Mrs. Dean Reed, Mrs. Donald Comstock, Rosemary and Virginia, all of Hardin-co; three sons, Dale and Daniel, both of Kenton, and Calvin, of Marion; two sisters, Mrs. William Musgrave, Kenton, and Mrs. James Bevan, Huntsville, and three brothers, Robert and Fred Boecher, both of McDonald-tp, and William Boecher, Roundhead.

Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Mt. Zion church at Jumbo, the Rev. C. P. Wedgewood officiating. Burial will be in McDonald cemetery. Friends may call at the Price funeral home.

Mrs. Hudson lived in Ringling for many years before moving to a Kingston health care facility. She continued to claim Ringling as her home and followed all the happenings in the local newspaper. She was an avid reader and was especially fond of western novels and movies. She was a member of Ringling Church of Christ and was formerly active in the American Legion Auxiliary and Senior Citizens Nutrition Center.

Survivors include a son, David D. Hudson, Mannsville; three daughters, Ginger Dollahite, San Antonio, Mary Hudson, Vernon, Texas, and Cathey Black, Kingston; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Spivey Funeral Home will direct services.

DEATH IN LIMA OF MRS. MARY BUSHONG
Mrs. Mary Bushong died Wednesday morning at 2 o'clock at her home in
Lima. The remains arrived in Bellefontaine in the afternoon and were taken to
the home of Ben F. Cook, on Spring avenue. The funeral services will be
held there on Friday morning at 9:30. Burial in the East Liberty cemetery.
Mrs. Bushong was 60 years old. Her death was due to paralysis. She was born in
Logan County and was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Wren. The children
left to mourn their mother's death are: Mrs. Cora Crouse, Charles Bushong,
Ora Bushong, all of Lima, and Mrs. B. F. Cook, of this place. Mary E. Bushong
